We want to get you your GOLF+ order as quickly as possible. Most orders ship within 1 business day after purchase (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

We’ve made every effort to process and ship orders fast. 2-Day and Overnight orders placed by 10:00 AM CT ship the same business day; orders placed after that time ship the next business day. “Delivery by” dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Services and rates may change without notice.

Economy (5–8 business days)

• Orders $50+ ship FREE

• Orders under $50: $3

Standard (3–4 business days)

• Orders $60+ ship FREE

• Orders under $60: $5

Express (1–2 business days)

• Orders $75+ ship FREE

• Orders under $75: $7

Note: During peak seasons or carrier disruptions, transit times may extend. Processing cut-offs exclude weekends and U.S. holidays.

Duties/Taxes: International orders are typically shipped DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid). Any customs, duties, VAT/GST, or import fees assessed by your country are paid by the recipient upon delivery.

 

Partner-Fulfilled Items (Shopify Collective)

Some products—such as Meta Quest hardware—are fulfilled by approved brand partners through Shopify Collective. When your order includes partner-fulfilled items:

  • They may ship separately from other items in your cart.

  • Processing is typically 1–3 business days; tracking is emailed when the label is created.

  • Delivery windows follow the selected service but can vary by partner location and carrier capacity.

  • GOLF+ remains the merchant of record for all orders, including those fulfilled by Shopify Collective partners.

  • For any questions, GOLF+ is your point of contact: help@golfplusvr.com. We coordinate directly with our partner to resolve shipping issues, returns, or exchanges.

Tracking, Delivery & Issues

  • Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

  • If tracking shows delivered but you can’t find the package, please check with household members and neighbors, then contact the carrier. If still unresolved after 2 business days, email help@golfplusvr.com and include your order number and tracking link.

  • High-value shipments may require a signature at delivery.

  • For returns, GOLF+ will provide prepaid shipping labels once your request is approved.


Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. We’re not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Undeliverable/returned packages may be reshipped (additional postage may apply) or refunded minus shipping once received back in sellable condition.

 

Title & Risk of Loss

For items fulfilled directly by GOLF+, title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier scans the package at pickup. For partner-fulfilled (Shopify Collective) items, title and risk of loss pass upon carrier acceptance at the partner’s facility.

 

Shipping Holidays

We do not ship or deliver on U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day.
