How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, email us at support@golfplusvr.com (or use the form on our [Contact Us] page) with your order number and details. Once approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and prepaid shipping label.

For products fulfilled by our brand partners through Shopify Collective (including Meta Quest hardware), GOLF+ remains the merchant of record. Start every return or exchange with GOLF+ support at help@golfplusvr.com. We will coordinate directly with our partners to process your request and issue refunds or exchanges once the item is received and inspected.

 

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The request must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • All merchandise must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories.

  • Items must be shipped using the return label provided by GOLF+.

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 15 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Exchanges & Store Credit

You may exchange an item for a different size or receive store credit. Exchange items will be shipped once the returned product has been received and inspected.

 

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at help@golfplusvr.com. We will provide a prepaid return label and ensure that a replacement or refund is processed promptly.

 

Shipping Your Return

When shipping your return:

  • Pack the item securely to avoid damage in transit.

  • Remove or cover any old tracking numbers from the box.

  • Insert any related paperwork (order number, return authorization).

  • Attach the prepaid return label provided by us.

  • Drop off with the designated carrier and keep a copy of your receipt for tracking.
