We want you to shop with confidence. Below you’ll find our return and refund guidelines for Meta-fulfilled hardware purchased through Shopify Collective as well as GOLF+-fulfilled products such as apparel, accessories, attachments, or future merchandise. 

All purchases are eligible for a full refund or return within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise specified.

Returns for Meta-Fulfilled Hardware (Meta Quest Devices & Accessories)

All hardware purchases made on our site and fulfilled by Meta follow Meta’s official return and support process. To initiate a return, replacement, or warranty claim for any Meta-fulfilled device, please follow the steps below:

How to Start a Hardware Return

  1. Visit the Meta Help Center

    Go to: https://www.meta.com/help/support/

  2. Select Email Support and in the email, be sure to reference

    • The email address you want to use for correspondence

    • Your GOLF+ order number
    • The serial number of the device or product related to your request

    • Be sure to reference that your order was placed through GOLF+ VR

    • Submit Your Request through the Meta Help Center.

What Happens Next

  • Once your support case is created, Meta’s team will review your details and begin the support process.

  • Please ensure you immediately provide the same email address used for the support intake, so your case can be quickly identified and handled.

  • Meta will initiate the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process if needed.

  • You will receive ongoing updates and next steps directly from Meta via email.

 

Returns for GOLF+-Fulfilled Products (Merch, Attachments, Future Accessories)

Most non-hardware items sold on our site (merchandise, club attachments, accessories, etc.) are fulfilled directly by GOLF+. These items are eligible for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase, provided they meet the criteria below.

Eligibility for Free Returns

  • All returns must be initiated through our Returns Portal within 30 days of purchase.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

  • Once your return is received, please allow up to 15 business days for processing.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

Shipping Guidelines for Returns

To ensure a smooth return process:

  • Package items securely to prevent damage in transit

  • Remove or cover any old shipping labels

  • Include any necessary paperwork inside the package

  • Attach the provided prepaid return label securely

  • Drop off your package at the designated carrier location and keep a copy of your receipt
