Shipping Policy

Free shipping on every order

Shipping is free on every order, for every customer. There is no minimum spend.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands and Spain. If your country is not on this list, checkout will not offer a shipping option yet. Email us at help@golfplusvr.com and we will let you know when that changes.

Who ships your order

Your order ships directly from the companies that make the products:

• Meta Quest headsets and Meta accessories ship from Meta.
• Deadeye DriVR club attachments ship from Deadeye.
• The GOLF+ game is digital. Your code arrives by email right after checkout and is redeemed in the Meta Quest store. Nothing ships.

If your order includes items from both Meta and Deadeye, they arrive in separate packages with separate tracking. GOLF+ is the seller for every order and your point of contact for any shipping question.

United States orders

US orders are fulfilled and shipped by our Shopify Collective partners, Meta and Deadeye. Most orders ship within 1 to 3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. You will get an email with tracking as soon as each package ships.

International orders

International orders also ship directly from Meta and Deadeye:

• Meta hardware ships from within your country, so delivery times are similar to a local order.
• Deadeye attachments ship from the United States, so expect them to take longer to arrive than your Meta items.

Import duties and taxes are not collected at checkout. Because Deadeye attachments ship from the United States, your carrier may charge import duties or taxes on delivery depending on your country. Any such charges are paid by the recipient.

Tracking and delivery problems

• Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to update after a shipping label is created.
• If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, check with household members and neighbors, then contact the carrier. If it is still missing after 2 business days, email help@golfplusvr.com with your order number and tracking link.
• High-value shipments may need a signature on delivery.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. Packages returned as undeliverable can be reshipped or refunded once they are received back.
